Nouvelle cuisine in France in the 6o. created a new approach to cooking and food presentation. Taking inspiration from French cuisine and the aforementioned culinary trend, Garnish Food&Wine wants to invite you to discover natural flavours, textures, colours, and bold combinations of ingredients and dishes combined with regional products.

‘Zero waste’ is not just an empty phrase for him, but an authentic philosophy that he consistently implements in his culinary life. He always relies on the highest quality products. Cheeses imported straight from French cheese factories and snails sourced from organic farming are just some of the items in the rich palette of ingredients he uses in his cooking.
Outside of work, he is passionate about photography and music. He is constantly looking for a place to create and create.
