Nouvelle cuisine in France in the 6o. created a new approach to cooking and food presentation. Taking inspiration from French cuisine and the aforementioned culinary trend, Garnish Food&Wine wants to invite you to discover natural flavours, textures, colours, and bold combinations of ingredients and dishes combined with regional products.

An extraordinary cheese board that you will be able to compose yourself from among a dozen types of top-quality cheeses (including raclette, chevre & brebis, roquefort papillon black label,bleu d'auvergne, gruyere entremont, roucoulons, emmental ermitage, fourme d'Ambert, bleu gourmage). Crème brûlée caramelised by your side. Each culinary journey at Garnish Food&Wine begins with the proprietary amuse-bouche - called Bonjour Garnish at our place - a puff pastry with Chavroux goat's cheese, and ends with the magical Au Revoir Garnish, which is a chocolate-covered Sechlońska suska with walnut crust.
