In November 2025, our restaurant, Garnish Food & Wine, came under the patronage of Mikołaj Rey. From that moment on, together with our Head Chef, Michał Kopsztajn, they have been shaping this exceptional place.
Mikołaj Rey is a food enthusiast and lover of culinary challenges, as well as a finalist of the first edition of MasterChef Poland. He regularly appears as a participant, expert, host, or jury member at culinary festivals and competitions (including Guide Michelin and the Gault & Millau Yellow Guide). He conducts cooking workshops and tastings in Poland and other European countries, as well as in Africa, where he organized a major gastronomic event for Polish diplomacy to celebrate the 100th anniversary of regaining independence.
