Our dream was to open the door to the secrets of the world's cuisines for you, and so the idea for the series of thematic weekends "𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱" was born.

You will be taken on a distant culinary journey by Michal Kopsztajn - Chef, for whom cuisine is a way of life and his greatest passion. He is constantly looking for new flavours, textures and the way to combine them. Outside of work, his life is filled with photography, sport and music. He is constantly looking for space to create and difficult challenges.
