You will be taken on a distant culinary journey by Michal Kopsztajn - Chef, for whom cuisine is a way of life and his greatest passion. He is constantly looking for new flavours, textures and the way to combine them. Outside of work, his life is filled with photography, sport and music. He is constantly looking for space to create and difficult challenges.
