On this occasion, we have prepared several special attractions for our Guests to make the evening enjoyable and create a unique atmosphere.
From 5:00 PM, Santa Rey and chef Michał Kopsztajn will be waiting for Guests to ensure a good mood and a pleasant meeting atmosphere.
LIVE MUSIC
Moreover, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM we invite you to live music, which will be an excellent backdrop for tasting our cheese offerings.

Croute au Fromage
An Alpine classic from the border of France and Switzerland.
A slice of artisan bread drizzled with dry white wine, baked with Raclette AOP cheese, served with pickled pearl onions and gherkins.

Cauliflower Deconstruction with Aged Cheeses
Cauliflower prepared sous-vide, a composition of Gruyère, Mimolette and Comté cheeses, crème double, browned butter, onion hay and aromatic black truffle.

Traditional cheese from the French Jura baked whole in its original wooden box. Scored, flavored with fresh garlic and basted with Sauvignon Blanc wine. Served with crunchy baguette toasts or fresh baguette.
