One pumpkin, one evening!
For Halloween, a dish appears at Garnish that you won't find on any other day. We roast the Hokkaido pumpkin until it turns soft and sweet inside, and then serve it to our Guests!
What's on the plate?
Roasted Hokkaido pumpkin, mushroom duxelles, Comté, beurre noisette, hazelnut and vegetable jus.

The pumpkin is waiting for you on 31 October only, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
