The Details
The evening will be hosted by Mikołaj Rey, a renowned chef who became the culinary patron of Garnish Food&Wine in 2025. He will introduce guests to the traditions and culture of goose cuisine in France, sharing fascinating stories behind the celebration of St. Martin's Day.
Guiding guests through the world of wine will be Zbigniew Kmieć from ZPP, a specialist in Beaujolais Nouveau. He will enrich the tasting experience with carefully prepared materials, including illustrations, maps and wine labels, offering a deeper insight into the wines served throughout the evening.
Beyond discovering fascinating stories about goose cuisine and the Beaujolais Nouveau celebration, guests will also have an exclusive opportunity to purchase the wines tasted during the dinner.
